I get a lot of calls from customers telling me what needs to be done. Sometimes a solution can be found at a fraction of the price they were already willing to pay.

It would be easy to show up and replace the disposal as requested and take advantage of the situation. Many times, the disposal can be reset or unjammed saving the customer hundreds of dollars they may not have planned to spend on plumbing repairs.
